AZERBAIJAN — FEBRUARY 24, 2021: A sign at a Russian peacekeepers’ outpost at an entrance to the Lachin Corridor mountain pass. The fighting between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the disputed Caucasus Mountains territory of Nagorno-Karabakh resumed in late September; on November 9, Armenias Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russias President Vladimir Putin, and Azerbaijans President Ilham Aliyev signed a trilateral statement on a complete ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh.
